I have a small slow cooker so:
1 Potato
1 Carrot
1 Celery Stalk
1/2 Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Brussel Sprouts
1/4 Cup Quinoa
2 Tbs Bulgar
Pepper
Dill
Parsley
Salt
Water
served with peppery Tibetan flat bread.
